welcome your suggestions and always like to hear
from our customers. We would like to provide an
easy and fun way for you to make a submission,
but it will take a few minutes of your time. The
fun part is that if you submit an original idea
that we decide to use, you may be eligible for a
€ 100 reward.
Many
businesses refuse to consider ideas from
customers because they want to avoid
misunderstanding about the
customers´expectations of compensation or
ownership. We believe that it´s worth the extra
effort to provide a way for you to submit an
idea. It is important, however, for us to explain
and for you to understand the conditions so that
there is no mistake. We apologize for the formal
nature of the legal agreement that is required,
but we do need you to sign and return this
agreement with your idea. Thank you!
What
you need to do
- Read and complete the
entire agreement carefully and then
print.
- Sign and date the
agreement.
- Mail or fax all pages of
the agreement and your idea using the
address information on the left.
THIS
IS A BINDING LEGAL AGREEMENT between you and
LIPIZZANER LEcon Products Ltd.
("LIPIZZANER"). Please read it
carefully. By signing below, you are bound by
this Agreement and you represent that you are at
least eighteen years old.

100 REWARD. The only compensation that you have a
chance to receive in exchange for submitting your
idea is a reward in the form of € 100 cash.
You are eligible for a reward only if LIPIZZANER
actually introduces a new product in the form of
your idea within two years of receipt of your
submission, and only if LIPIZZANER has not
considered a similar idea previously or does not
develop a similar idea independent of your
submission. Determinations about rewards and
eligibility are made in the sole discretion of
LIPIZZANER.
NO
CONFIDENTIALITY, LIPIZZANER RESPONSE. You
understand and agree that your idea is not
submitted to LIPIZZANER in confidence. there is
no confidential relationship between you and
LIPIZZANER, and LIPIZZANER is free to disclose or
use your submission for any purpose it deems fit
without any obligation to you. LIPIZZANER cannot
respond to all of the submissions that we
receive, and you will hear from us only if we
determine that you may be eligible for a reward.
LIPIZZANER has no abligation to state any reason
for rejection or to return any materials to you.
PATENT,
TRADEMARK, AND COPYRIGHT PROTECTION, LIPIZZANER
OWNS RIGHTS. By submitting an idea, you
understand and agree that you are not claiming
any patent, trademark, copyright, or other right
in the idea. If you believe that you have or
might claim any such right, obtain legal advice
rather than making a submission to LIPIZZANER. If
your idea is adopted by LIPIZZANER, LIPIZZANER
will thereby become the owner of any and all
right, title and interest in the idea, and you
will sign any further documents that may be
necessary to reflect that fact.
OTHER
TERMS. This Agreement may be modified only in
writing signed by the parties. This is the entire
agreement between you and LIPIZZANER and
supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreement
or representation. The headings are for ease of
reference only and shall have no effect on the
interpretation of this Agreement. this Agreement
and program are void where prohibited, and no
purchase of any type is necessary. ADQ reserves
the right to modify or cancel this program at any
