After attendance of the University of Applied Arts in Vienna, she started her career as an interior architect and furnished and decorated numerous company residences, historic buildings as well as private residencies and cottages in Austria, being responsible for planning, acquisition and construction-supervision.

Interior designer Annemarie Lehner´s work ranges from modern and very often trend-setting projects to entirely remodelling historic buildings and interiors. In interior architecture, she can proudly look back on a number of remodelling projects realising an abundance of often trend-setting visions. She loves realising very visionary concepts, while also preserving traditional craftsmanship, due to her company´s slogan Tradition and Avant-Garde™. In parallel she works as a designer for international eyewear- as fashion- and accessories-labels. Her design works have special merits in strictly focussing functional aesthetics.

Trend-Setting

Besides the remodelling of valuable historic buildings and their interior styles, she works on several trend-setting projects, like e.g. new office-furniture, new building elements for structural engineering etc. - owning a number of patents and design-patents in Austria, Germany, Europe, USA and abroad - as well as corporate identity concepts. A range of intelligent building materials called Ringstrassenmarmor® and Stonewall™ as well as revolutionary office-furniture are ready for serial-production.

Realising Visions

Quality is not only a question of budget, but also of optimising visions and their realisation. Beyond that, visionary projects require profound knowledge of upcoming trends and lifestyle, the sequence of processes, of the material and courage to experiment. Even smaller budgets offer posssibilities to realise ingenious concepts beautifully.

International Orientation

Interior architect and designer Annemarie Lehner offers her services as prime contractor and resorts to an international group of sub-contractors when realising large scale projects. Her main market focus naturally lies on Austria, but crossing the borders becomes ever more important to be able to keep up with the international development.

Company Background

Successing Lehner Constructions, in 1994, together with her son Wolfgang Robert Lehner, she founded Lecon^® Technische Konstruktionen und –Design GmbH in Vienna, Austria. This enterprise became a trademark in the development of a huge number of tailor-made products, designs, constructions and marketing-concepts in the various branches. Annemarie Lehner´s responsibilities in this firm are interior-architecture and product design emphasizing in the fields of eyewear-, fashion-, accessories- and porcelain-design.

In 1995, for production and marketing of the own lifestyle product-concepts, she founded Lecon Produkte Vertriebs GmbH and undertook the responsibility of General Manager.
